December 19, 2008 through January 4, 2009

Superior Taekwondo Academy will be closed for the holidays so the Staff and Students may enjoy their time with their families. It has been a wonderful year at Superior Taekwondo and we look forward to many more happenings for 2009! Regular schedule resumes January 5, 2009!

November 20th and 22nd

Superior Taekwondo Academy will hold a Belt Advancement Test for the Adults during class on Thursday, November 20th at 6:30pm and for the Tiny Dragons and Advanced Children on Saturday, November 22nd. Tiny Dragons test begins at 9:00am and the All Children Test begins immediately following (approximately 10:00am). All children are asked to arrive about 1/2 hour early for warm-up and stretching.

On May 17, 2008, Superior TaeKwonDo Academy Co-Owner and Assistant Instructor Mike Henriques married Susan Teixeira in New Bedford, Massachusetts among close family and friends. Please, join us in congratulating the couple and wishing them all the best for their future.

On December 11, 2007, Superior TaeKwonDo Academy Head Instructor Sasha Komocar and Get F.I.T.T. Program Administrator/School Teacher Kim Kingsford were married in Florida among close family and friends. Please, join us in congratulating the couple and wishing them all the best for their future.

October 5, 2007

Superior TaeKwonDo Academy has begun a new Program. Cardio Kick Box Class kicks off (pun intended) on Friday Nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at our location at 845 Oaklawn Avenue. The Class is free for our Members parents and $10 for non-members. So, if you're interested in a good workout and stress relief, check it out and bring a friend to help maintain the program.
